Financing
If you’re interested, we can help you with arranging financing for your apartment purchase. The standard payment terms are as follows:

The reservation fee amounts to 5% of the apartment purchase price.

A payment of 15 % of the total purchase price is due upon signing the preliminary purchase agreement. This includes the previously paid reservation fee.

Within 30 days of signing the reservation agreement, the preliminary purchase agreement is signed; timing can be adjusted to suit your needs.
04
The remaining balance of the purchase price is due after the unit’s occupancy permit is issued – estimated in Q3 2026.
